License Agreement

  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT.   This is a license agreement (“Agreement”) between VOMI Global Think Tank (“VOMI GTT”) and Human Evolution Station 2-22-2222 Licensee (“Licensee”). For purposes of this Agreement, the terms “you, your, yours” are collectively referred to as Licensee. As a condition of the Agreement, VOMI GTT issues a Human Evolution Station 2-22-2222 License (“License”) to Licensee upon receipt and approval of a Human Evolution Station 2-22-2222 License Application (“License Application”) subject to activation of the License. Licensee agrees that (a) all current and future content of the website of VOMI Global Think Tank (“The VOMI GTT Website“), and (b) the October 13, 2023 document :: Boarding Pass for Human Evolution Train 2-22-2222 :: at Virtual Organization Management Institute Repository, including all embedded links on both The VOMI GTT Website and the October 13, 2023 document referenced therein, have been used,  and will continue to be used,  as the sole basis for entering into this Agreement; and are hereby made a part of, and fully incorporated into, this Agreement. Furthermore, Licensee agrees that the addition of any new content, and other references, on The VOMI GTT Website or anywhere else, that are attributable to VOMI Global Think Tank and that are deemed to be either offensive or unacceptable to the Licensee, shall never constitute the basis for requesting a cancellation of the Agreement prior to the end of the term of the agreement nor to request a refund, either in full or on a pro-rata basis.
  2. HUMAN EVOLUTION STATION 2-22-2222 LICENSE ACTIVATION. In order to activate the Human Evolution Station 2-22-2222 License, the full amount of the License fee is payable immediately upon your receipt of an electronic cryptocurrency invoice from VOMI GTT. Such electronic invoice will indicate the method of electronic payment required by VOMI GTT.
  3. TERM OF LICENSE AGREEMENT. The term of the Agreement is for one fiscal year consisting of a twelve (12) month period beginning the time of receipt of full payment of the annual license fee then in effect and as posted on the VOMI GTT website prior to the execution of this Agreement; as well as for any subsequent renewal of the Agreement.  This Agreement applies to the specific organization which has entered into this Agreement and does not inure to the benefit of any purchaser of such organization. In the event that the Licensee ceases to be a going concern, or becomes the subject of a merger or acquisition, the Agreement will automatically terminate, and the Licensee shall promptly report its new status to VOMI GTT within no later than three (3) business days after such occurrence. Such notice will be sent to the appropriate email contact information then in effect for VOMI GTT and as officially published on its website.
  4. SURVIVAL. All provisions regarding indemnification, warranty, liability, and limits thereon, and confidentiality and/or protections of proprietary rights and trade secrets shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
  5. REQUIRED WEB 3 DEFI PAYMENT INFORMATION. Payment for the Human Evolution Station 2-22-2222 License must be made in any number of leading cryptocurrencies and stablecoins available worldwide in US dollar equivalent.   6. PAYMENT TERMS. The full amount of the License fee is due upon VOMI GTT’s receipt and approval of your License Application and VOMI GTT’s submission of a cryptocurrency invoice to Licensee due upon receipt. Licensee’s submission of the full amount of the invoice within five (5) business days of receipt of such cryptocurrency invoice will satisfy the “payable immediately upon your receipt of an electronic invoice from VOMI GTT” included in Clause 2 of this Agreement.
  7. REFUND POLICY.   Once payment for the License has been duly authorized by an authorized official of, AND PAID BY, Licensee, then NO REFUND shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.   In addition, in the event that Licensee terminates their Agreement prior to the end of the term of the Agreement, NO PRO-RATA REFUND of the License fee shall be made.
  8. OFFICIAL VENUE.  The official and proper jurisdiction for all disputes regarding this Agreement shall be in the COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  This Agreement shall be governed by California law without reference to its conflicts of law principles.
  9. AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP.   By submitting the Human Evolution Station 2-22-2222 License Application, the applicant listed in the application, or other duly authorized official of the organization, represents and affirms that such person is an authorized official of said organization and hereby agrees to and binds their organization to the terms of this Agreement.
